Over 800 attended the second night (Thursday 7/13) of the Sedalia Revival.

Many received prayer

Some were healed

and 2 Salvations

The Holy Spirit was flowing and many were blessed in untold ways. The focus tonight seems to have been on receiving prayer for more of God, for help with difficulties, and for healing. I believe that there will be many testimonies of blessing and healing coming out of tonight and in the coming services.

I believe that the first first night (Wed. 7/12) of the Sedalia Revival was a blessed event. Over 900 showed up but more importantly so did the Holy Spirit. Tears came to my eyes as the evening progressed—I commented to one of the leaders:

This is what I have been waiting for all of my life.

Here’s the official counts for the first night:

902 people in the main tent
70 in the children’s tent
8 salvations
5 baptisms
1 child dedication
Plus many folks were prayed for.

I have been praying for Revival for years. In 2015 we stopped in Sedalia to visit some relatives, figuring that we would only be here for 3 days or so. But the Lord had different plans for us and we are still here—because he told me that this is where our destiny is and that revival would come here in Sedalia and I would be a part of it.

I believe that last night was just the beginning of a Move of God that will begin with this series and carry on with many future events to come. I believe that all of the churches in this city and area will begin to be blessed in an uncommon way with the Holy Spirit; including healings, and miracles like never before. I also believe that coming soon there will a major Move among the youth in this city and the surrounding area. Come Holy Spirit.

REVIVAL SEDALIA! City-wide Revival. Starting Wednesday, July 12, 2023 – July 16, 2023, every night at 7:00 p.m.

@Northwest corner of 65 Hwy and Eagle View Drive, Sedalia, MO

The pastors and leaders of more than seven churches and five ministries are sponsoring a tent revival in Sedalia ,Missouri. The meetings and preparation leading up to this event have been abundantly blessed by the Holy Spirit. The Words received from the Lord about this series: “Let me do it” and “It will be done with little effort”

Those words have been true in all the details in the preparation; as one group and business after another volunteered their products and services when they heard about the revival. It has been amazing—God is doing this and we are expecting a major move of God in Sedalia this week.

-Nearly 7,000 Accept Christ During Harvest Crusade

The 34th annual ‘Harvest Crusade,’ held at the Honda Center in Anaheim CA, saw nearly 7,000 people come to Christ in the two day event (July 1-2, 2023) headed by pastor Greg Laurie.

Here’s what Pastor Laurie had to say about the atmosphere during the services:

“There was an electric, revival-like atmosphere in that room both nights. You could sense God’s presence,” Laurie said in a press release sent to Christian Headlines.

“We had an incredible immersive worship experience in the round,” Laurie said. “Thousands of people were turned away each night because every seat was taken by excited believers who wanted to worship. At the same time, this was our most effective evangelistic event that we perhaps have ever had.”

Note that 270 churches from the area participated and partnered in the event. Also the worship music was provided by Chris Tomlin, Michael W. Smith, Taya, Phil Wickham and the Passion worship band.

When Greg Laurie says that: “this was our most effective evangelistic event that we perhaps have ever had,” we should really pay attention. I believe that God is beginning to move in a special way all across America.

-Move of God in Guinea Bissau

An unlikely move of God is taking place in Guinea Bissau of northwest Africa. Nearly 70% of the population is Muslim and the small Christian community (11.7%) is being intimidated by Islamic push in the country to convert everyone to Islam. Nevertheless a recent  World Harvest crusade, led by Evangelist Jacob Ebersole resulted in bringing nearly 20,000 to Christ. From the Charisma News article:

The first night of the crusade was a massive success.

“Thousands came far and wide to hear the gospel,” Ebersole says. “Some even traveled in canoes and boats on rough waters from islands off the coast to be a part of this. I’ve never seen anything like it before. We’ve had the privilege of being on the front row witnessing a move of God that seemed impossible at every turn. … God is writing a story and it’s not stopping.”

Night after night, tens of thousands cried out to Jesus in repentance and faith at this crusade. There were over 18,477 documented decisions for Christ. There were thousands more that occurred in the day-to-day evangelization by local Christians.

Amazingly, the President of the country showed up for the first night and actually facilitated in getting the equipment needed for the meetings. Plus the move continues. Read the whole Charisma article.

-"Let Us Worship" Touches Thousands in Alabama

Worship leader Sean Feucht continues to spread revival across America through his ‘Let Us Worship’ events. This time thousands were touched in Alabama. From CBN News:

“Feucht brought his “Let Us Worship” event to Birmingham, Alabama, on Saturday where God’s Spirit poured out over thousands of worshippers at Veterans Park.

“Thousands gathered from over 10 states to fill Veterans Park with a NEW SOUND! There is an AWAKENING in America!!! God showed up! Salvations, healing and freedom!”

One of the few encouraging news reports during the pandemic were the worship events that Sean Feucht brought to cities all across America. Many of those events were held in the same places where violence and destruction had taken place. Now is the time for healing, revival, and a new awakening. Let’s pray it in.

A report of revival beginning in Tennessee. From Charisma:

‘God Is Moving’: Tennessee Pastors Say Revival Is Exploding

Revival is taking place in Tennessee as churches from various denominations have partnered together in prayer and fasting.

East Rogersville Baptist Church located in Rogersville has been the launching pad for this move of God.

It’s a part of Awaken Tennessee, the 30-day initiative for prayer and fasting, which kicked off Jan. 26 and will run through Feb. 23.

Pastors are reporting their services are exploding with revival services as a result of the Holy Spirit showing up and taking over.

Response: We are looking for a major revival that will be manifested in every state all over America and in Canada also. One that will move across denominational, generational, and economic  barriers. This might be the beginning.

-Revival on Military Base in Missouri?

According to reports, there is an on-going revival happening on a military base in Missouri. From Faithwire:

A US army chaplain has described what he believes to be somewhat of a “revival” occurring on a military base in Missouri. The number are staggering: over the past six months, nearly 2,000 troops have reportedly come to the Lord.  …

Among the scores of soldiers coming to Christ, there are multiple testimonies of lives transformed and hearts turned to Christ.

Response: Keep praying that this will continue and that government authorities will not be pressured by atheist organizations to shut it down or curtail it in some way.

Here are reports of five very different American churches where revival is ongoing or has recently happened. From Charisma News:

“5 Revivals Breaking Out Across America in This Hour”

We have already posted on most of these but it gives us hope to see them all on the same page. Now if more churches around America can get on the same page with the Holy Spirit maybe we will see this list expanded before the year is over. I would like to see it spread like popcorn popping.

Notice that all of these are scattered around in different places. Not only that but across different denominational streams and affiliations.               

-Sweden: Iranian Christian Convert Leads 1,500 Muslims to Christ

Nearly every week we read reports from Europe about the problems and outright terrorism being perpetrated by the thousands of Muslim refugees. It is not too difficult for discerning believers to see our enemy’s hand in all this. Even worse, the demographers claim that if the current trend continue, Europe will eventually be dominated by Muslims. Some even talk about the Vatican being surrounded by mosques in a generation.

Yet in the midst of it all we receive reports of Muslims coming to Christ  This  recent account from the Christian Post should be encouraging. A former Iranian Muslim convert has led over 1,500 Muslims to Christ in Sweden:

An Iranian convert to Christianity who is now an ordained minister in the Church of Sweden says she has helped bring nearly 1,500 Muslims to Christ over the past five years.

Annahita Parsan told Fox News in a report on Wednesday that her life, which has undergone huge tribulations, is “completely different since coming to Jesus.”

Read her story in the article, it will give you hope. The fact is, in the midst of all of the bad news about Islam and the radical terrorists, more Muslims have actually converted to Christianity in the last ten years than ever before since the founding of Islam. The enemy has his plans but our God is more powerful and every knee shall eventually bow at the name of Jesus.
